From July 25 to July 29, 2023, the International Workshop on “Fundamental Problems in Mathematical and Theoretical Physics” will be held as part of the international activities of the Multiscale Analysis, Modelling and Simulation unit. We will welcome distinguished researchers from Japan and abroad to discuss the latest research results in areas ranging from quantum physics to mathematical physics.
The Top Global University Project, which will end in FY2023, is going to hold a series of symposia to highlight the successful outcomes to date in the seven model units. This symposium will be held to showcase the achievements of the Multiscale Analysis, Modelling and SimulationUnitunder the University’s Waseda Goes Global Plan, an initiative funded by the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT)Top Global University Project. The Multiscale Analysis, Modelling and Simulation unit plans to hold two international workshops to present the final results, and this workshop will be the first in the series.
