Rodr\u00edguez Costa, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Cuba, to have a special lecture at IPS, and he gave a lecture, &#8220;The past, present, and future of Cuba, advancing relationship with Japan&#8221; on 7 July 2016.<br \/>\nIt was a Japanese traditional day, called Tanabata, and his birthday coincidentally.
