\n\uff08\uff11\uff09Regular privately financed international students
\n\u203b Students who have Japanese nationality or resident status of \u201cpermanent resident\u201d(eijusha), \u201clong-term resident\u201d(teijusha), \u201cspouse\/child of a Japanese resident\u201d, or \u201cspouse\/child of a permanent resident\u201d are NOT eligible.
\n\uff08\uff12\uff09Students whose academic fees are NOT supported by MEXT, overseas government, or other organizations, and who have financial difficulties.
\n\uff08\uff13\uff09Students who will be able to graduate within a regular term.
\n\uff08\uff14\uff09Students who do not receive other scholarships from Waseda University<\/p>\n
