If you wish to use sports facilities (Gym, Ground,Tennis court), you have to make a reservation. Reservation is divided into four period. Please make a reservation in each term.<\/p>\n

1st term<\/td>\nApril to July<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2nd term<\/td>\nAugust to September<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3rd term<\/td>\nOctober to December<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
4th term<\/td>\nJanuary to March<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table><\/div>\n

How to apply<\/h3>\n

  1. Please ask the availability to IPS office. You can not make a reservation within 1 week. If you would like to make a reservation within 1 week, Please see ‘how to make a reservation on the day of use’.

  2. After making a reservation, Download \u201cApplication for using a facility\u201d and \u201cName List\u201dfrom IPS Square and fill out the form in Japanese. (*Please refer to the sample to fill it out.)<\/li>\n
  3. Submit \u201cApplication for using a facility\u201d and \u201cName List\u201d to IPS Office before the reservation request date. (by e-mail)
