When changing vehicles, please fill in the new vehicle information on the Commuting Use Application Form and submit it.<\/li>\n<li>Copy of your driver&#8217;s license (both side)<\/li>\n<li>Copy of automobile inspection certificate<\/li>\n<li>Copy of compulsory automobile liability insurance<\/li>\n<li>Copy of voluntary insurance<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Parking Lot Usage rules<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/fsci\/gips\/assets\/uploads\/2018\/02\/0811ea841fbaff4d277316aef4a37c2b.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Designated Parking area For Student and Staff (IPS)<\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2\" data-end=\"104\">Please be sure to use the designated parking area. Parking outside the permitted area is prohibited.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"389\" data-end=\"665\">[Important Instructions for Students Using Parking Lot]<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"96\" data-end=\"343\">Because it takes a certain amount of time for the system to recognize the registered vehicle&#8217;s license plate and open the gate, and exiting vehicles have priority, <strong data-start=\"268\" data-end=\"343\">please be sure to follow the rules below when entering the parking lot.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"345\" data-end=\"805\">\n<li data-section-id=\"159f93k\" data-start=\"129\" data-end=\"309\"><strong>Slow down when approaching the parking lot entrance<\/strong> and come to a <strong>complete stop at the stop line before the KEEP CLEAR area<\/strong>. Carefully check for any vehicles entering or exiting ahead.
