When changing vehicles, please fill in the new vehicle information on the Commuting Use Application Form and submit it.<\/li>\n<li>Copy of your driver&#8217;s license (both side)<\/li>\n<li>Copy of automobile inspection certificate<\/li>\n<li>Copy of compulsory automobile liability insurance<\/li>\n<li>Copy of voluntary insurance<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Parking Lot Usage rules<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/fsci\/gips\/assets\/uploads\/2018\/02\/0811ea841fbaff4d277316aef4a37c2b.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Designated Parking area For Student and Staff (IPS)<\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2\" data-end=\"104\">Please be sure to use the designated parking area. Parking outside the permitted area is prohibited. The usage rules vary depending on the time period, as outlined below.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"389\" data-end=\"665\">[For Students]<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2\" data-end=\"95\">The student parking lot now uses a gate system, and only pre-registered vehicles can enter. Entry on the day without prior registration is not allowed under any circumstances. The gate opens and closes based on the registered vehicle\u2019s license plate, so no parking permit will be issued.<\/p>\n<h3>Cancellation<\/h3>\n<p>In order to cancel your contract, you must notify IPS Office one month in advance.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2\" data-end=\"29\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Submission destination:<\/strong> IPS office or <a href=\"https:\/\/my.waseda.jp\/application\/detail\/application-detail?communityContentLinkId=677802178\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cancellation Notice Form<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2\" data-end=\"29\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Required documents:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/fsci\/gips\/assets\/uploads\/2018\/02\/0ac1d1c4a10eaf622fd541c7f0c48645.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cancellation Form\u3000(For Staff and Students) H28.8<\/a>\u3000\u203bNo refund for mid-term cancellations for a student parking lot<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/fsci\/gips\/assets\/uploads\/2018\/02\/d805891b37b409097c5d0c243fd1dc8d.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bank account Information for cancellation refund <\/a> \u00a0 \u203bOnly faculty and staff with one-off payment contract<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li data-section-id=\"1j4xsiv\" data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"188\">\n<p data-start=\"2\" data-end=\"188\"><strong data-start=\"2\" data-end=\"39\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Important until the end of March:<\/strong> Please return your permit by the cancellation date.
