IPS lends the lockers for students who haven’t assigned to the laboratory yet free of charge. If you would like to borrow a locker, please apply as follows. In addition, the students who have already assigned to laboratory can’t use them due to the limited number of lockers. Thank you for your understanding.<\/p>\n

How to apply<\/h3>\n

  1. Apply at IPS Office with your student ID card.<\/li>\n
  2. Receive a key after filling out the application form.
    \n*IPS doesn’t accept proxy application even if he\/she has a letter of proxy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Compliance Rules \u9075\u5b88\u4e8b\u9879<\/h3>\n

    1. You should return the key as soon as you are assigned to the laboratory.
      \n\u786e\u5b9a\u597d\u5206\u914d\u7814\u7a76\u5ba4\u540e\uff0c\u8bf7\u7acb\u5373\u5c06\u94a5\u5319\u5f52\u8fd8\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u3002<\/li>\n
    2. If you loose or damage the key or make it unusable, you have to pay JPY4,000<\/strong> as a cost of exchanging for a new key.
      \n\u4e22\u5931\u94a5\u5319\u6216\u9020\u6210\u94a5\u5319\u7834\u635f\u65e0\u6cd5\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u8bf7\u4ea4\u7eb3\u8d54\u507f\u91d14000\u65e5\u5e01<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. If you loose or damage the coin or make it unusable, you have to pay JPY200<\/strong> as a cost of buying a new one.
