1. Eligibility<\/h3>\n

Applicants must meet all of the following conditions:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. IPS Regular students or research students (Research students refer to non-regular students who may enroll after exceeding six years in the doctoral program.)<\/strong>
    \n*Students in the IPS Course of the School of Fundamental Science and Engineering who come to the Kitakyushu Campus to receive research supervision are also eligible to apply.
    \n*Non-degree students and exchange students are not eligible.<\/em><\/li>\n
  2. Enrolled in a health insurance program<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Have registered a bank account under their own name in MyWaseda<\/strong>
    \n <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. Amount of Reimbursement<\/h3>\n

    A fixed amount of 1,000 JPY per medical institution per month is to be borne by the student.
    \nAny amount exceeding 1,000 JPY will be reimbursed.<\/p>\n

    If the total monthly medical expense at one medical institution is less than 1,000 JPY, no reimbursement will be made.<\/p>\n

    Example<\/h6>\n

    If you visit the same clinic several times in one month and the total medical expense amounts to 4,580 JPY:<\/p>\n

    Reimbursement amount: 3,580 JPY
    \n(4,580 JPY \u2212 1,000 JPY)<\/p>\n
