Please register major research laboratory request on MyWaseda by 2pm, July 26, 2021. After that, you should email to a supervisor of your first choice, and have an interview between Jul.26 and Jul.30. In case you are not assigned in a laboratory in this semester, your graduation will be delayed.
Steps for major laboratory assignment
Step forward from (1) to (4) as following;
|(STEP1) Register your request via MyWaseda|
|(STEP2) Interview with supervisor|
|(STEP3) Announcement of assigned students (on the bulletin board and Web)
|(STEP4) Submit ”Campus Card Setting-up Application Form” to IPS office|
Master course students who entered in April, 2021 or students who have not been assigned to laboratory
2pm of July 26th, 2021

Please check the details about major laboratory assignment schedule. The result of the 1st request will be announced on the bulletin board and Web on Aug. 27th. If you are not assigned for the 1st request, you should submit 2nd research laboratory application form to IPS office by email before 4pm, Aug. 27th, 2021. After you are assigned, please submit the campus card setting application form. Submission by proxy is acceptable. If you do not submit it by the deadline, you cannot lock and unlock the door of your student office with your campus card until you submit. Students who haven’t entered Japan yet or haven’t come to IPS, they don’t have to submit the form this time as they don’t use a campus card.
