Firm’s decision of innovation, such as R&D investment and research collaboration, and globalization, i.e., export\/import and foreign direct investment (FDI), and the effect of them are heterogeneous across firms. Many researches have incorporated firm’s heterogeneity to theoretical model and empirical analysis. However, individual firm’s decision is independent, but influence each other. This study analyses how firm’s decision is related each other and the effects spillover, as well as effect on employment, in terms of inter-firm network. We further clarify the mechanism of shock propagation of firm’s productivity and firm size (sales and employment) by capturing the industrial structure and firm’s market competitiveness from view of inter-firm network on one side, and difference in markup and wages on the other.<\/p>\n
