We are pleased to announce that Dr. Patrick Mello<\/a> (Free University of Amsterdam) will give a talk on “Recent Advances and Trends in Qualitative Comparative Analysis” in a special workshop to be held on 22 May. Dr. Patrick Mello, an IR expert, is also well-known as an author of the new book “Qualitative Comparative Analysis: An Introduction to Research Design and Application<\/a>” (Georgetown University Press, 2021). He will also present a paper on analytical methods combining process tracing and QCA in the workshop. This will be followed by a feedback session for young researchers and graduate students working with QCA in Japan. If you are interested in presenting a work-in-progress, feel free to get in touch with the organizer shown below. Pre-registration is not required. The session will be conducted in a hybrid format using Zoom. We look forward to your participation.<\/p>\n
