In this paper, a six-dimensional model of flexible prices<\/p>\n
with the monetary and fiscal policy mix, describing the<\/p>\n
development of the firms\u2019 private debt, the output,<\/p>\n
the expected rate of inflation, the rate of interest,<\/p>\n
government expenditure, and government bonds are analyzed.<\/p>\n
The\u3000stress put on the \u2019twin debt accumulation\u2019 means that<\/p>\n
in our model both private debt accumulation and the public<\/p>\n
debt (government bond) accumulation are explicitly intro-<\/p>\n
duced. Questions concerning the existence of limit cycles<\/p>\n
around its normal equilibrium point are investigated. The<\/p>\n
bifurcation equation is found. The formulae for the calcu-<\/p>\n
lation of its coefficients are gained. Numerical example<\/p>\n
illustrating the results attained is presented by means of<\/p>\n
numerical simulations<\/p>\n
