He holds a BA in Economics and MA in Political Science from Waseda University. His research areas are political sociology, comparative politics, and public opinion. His research method is survey analysis, and his regional focus is East Asia, especially the Greater China area. His uses transnational surveys to investigate the longitudinal and demographic patterns of citizen attitudes across societies.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>His article \u201cHow Salient Are Traditional Family Values and Gender Stereotypes in Asia?
