The Office will be open from 11:00 to 15:00 (weekdays only). We will also be accepting phone calls during these hours. This telephone support is available in addition to the usual email support.<\/p>\n<p>Please try to avoid busy times and be careful to take precautions against coronavirus when visiting. Please call or email the Office to see if we can resolve your question without your having to visit the Office. This is for your personal safety.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that we will continue to issue stickers and certificates by postmail.
