Dear Incoming Students
In order to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and ensure the well-being of students, parents, faculty, and staff, Waseda University has made the decision to cancel the April 2020 entrance ceremonies and postpone the starting of classes.
Accordingly, events schedule about course registration guidance and orientation etc. has been changed, our graduate school will update the latest information on this page, please make sure to confirm it periodically.

2．Regarding Students ID（2020/05/01 Updated）
Students will be able to pick up the Student ID from April, 1st, at Graduate School office (10F, Building No.3, Waseda Campus). Please submit your examination card and you will receive the Student card in return.
◆Please be aware that office will be closed on Sunday and other national holidays.
3．Initial Setup of MyWaseda
In order to conduct the further procedures including course registration, it is necessary for students to finish initial setup of Mywaseda first. Please refer to the navigation below and conduct the initial setup after Friday, March, 27th.

5．Orientation for International Students
The Center for International Education has made the decision to cancel the orientation planned on Monday, March 23rd. Please refer to the CIE’s website for details.
6． For students who are Currently Staying Outside of Japan
Regardless of nationality, for students who are currently staying outside of Japan,
please kindly click the URL below, and inform us about your situation.
７．Status of Residence Notification Form【For Non-Japanese students】(2020/5/1 Updated)
Non-Japanese nationality students (including permanent residents) must submit the Status of Residence Notification Form.
If you have not submitted “Status of Residence Notification Form”, please fill in the form by May 12, 2020.
