Professor Luis Greco of Humboldt University in Berlin gives a lecture on the above topic. Professor Greco is one of Germany\u2019s leading criminal law scholars, and he has already given a lecture at Waseda University\u2019s Institute of Comparative Law in 2023. This time, he visits Waseda University as a short-term visiting researcher of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science and this lecture. It is expected to be a very useful lecture for students, faculty members, and criminal law researchers.<\/p>\n
