\u203bFour types of career development support (Types 1\uff5e4), including internships, were defined in the “Promotion of Autonomous Career Development through Industry-Academia Collaboration.
\nAlthough this course uses the name “Internship,” it will be operated as Type 2 “Career Education”.

The SILS Internship Program is run by the SILS\/GNC in cooperation with companies and <\/span>organizations, and was originally developed by the SILS to fulfill the needs and potentials of the <\/span>SILS students. After completing the internships,<\/span>\u00a0university credits may be awarded.<\/span><\/p>\n

Grade and Credits<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In the School of International Liberal Studies (SILS) Internship Program, the following number of credits is awarded as credits for an elective course\u00a0depending on\u00a0work hours. These credits will be listed on the academic transcript. (Up to two credits will be accredited per internship.) Grade is an overall evaluation of submitted materials and the evaluation by the internship host organization.\u00a0 Two credits is the maximum for credits awarded for a single internship. However, since a student may hold another internship at a different organization, the total maximum number of credits awarded from internships is four.<\/p>\n
