\n\u73fe\u5728\u7559\u5b66\u30bb\u30f3\u30bf\u30fc\u3067\u78ba\u8a8d\u4e2d\u3067\u3059\u3002\u5404\u5354\u5b9a\u5927\u5b66\u3068\u306e\u8abf\u6574\u304c\u5b8c\u4e86\u6b21\u7b2c\u3001\u5bfe\u8c61\u8005\u306e\u7686\u69d8\u306b\u3054\u9023\u7d61\u3044\u305f\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

\u25c7To SILS SP1 Students Only
\nSILS will grant the following special provision to SP1 students who are studying abroad in all countries.
\nThe Study Abroad for half-a-year will be considered as ONE-YEAR Study Abroad requirement for graduation.<\/p>\n

\u25c7To SILS SP2 Students
\nYou may wish to withdraw from the study abroad program, return to Japan, and resume your studies
\nat SILS Waseda in Spring AY2020. The semester is expected to start from AFTER April 20.<\/p>\n

\u25c7Credit Transfer

For students who will be reinstated as Waseda University students in the spring semester of 2020,
\nin principle, all PASSED subjects (courses) taken up to March at the host institutions will be reviewed and considered
\nfor credit transfer back at SILS.<\/p>\n

In the event you have to return to Japan in the midst of the semester, we will review and evaluate on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n

If you are not able to apply for\/ pick up an original official transcript before departing the host country as a result of school closure,
\nwe will accept a PDF copy at this point. You can turn in an original copy of the transcript on a later date (e.g. after the host institution reopens).<\/p>\n

\u25c7 Tuition Fees and CS Program Fees<\/p>\n

Students participating in the CS programs are required to pay program fees to the host institutions
\nand exempted from paying Waseda University tuition fees.<\/p>\n

Should you choose to be reinstated as a Waseda University student in the spring semester of 2020,
\nyou will be required to pay the Waseda University tuition fees for spring semester of 2020.<\/p>\n

For students who are participating in the CS programs, the handling policies of program fees
\ndefer from institution to institution. We are currently checking with the CIE for more details.
\nAfter the details are finalized, participating students will be contacted.<\/p>\n

We would greatly appreciate your understanding that the SILS Office and the CIE will not be able
