Diederiks-Verschoor Award\u201d from the International Institute of Space Law (IISL) at the 77th International Astronautical Congress (IAC 2026), held in Antalya, Turkey, in October 2026.<br \/>\nThis award is presented annually by the IISL Board of Directors to researchers aged 30 or younger who have published no more than five papers in past IISL Colloquium proceedings. It recognizes the best paper selected from those accepted for presentation at the Colloquium.<br \/>\nThe winning paper is as follows:<br \/>\n\u201cReconceptualizing the \u2018Threat of Force\u2019 in Outer Space: A Behavior-Based Framework for Non-Cooperative RPO\u201d<br \/>\nWe extend our heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Kim Soyeon on this prestigious award.
