This scholarship program was established through the generosity of the family of Dr. Tsuneo Akaha, Emeritus Professor and Visiting Professor at the Graduate School of Asia-Pacific Studies, Waseda University.<\/p>\n
One eligible student will be exempted from paying the local dormitory fee (up to $6,500).<\/p>\n
