After obtaining MBA from Stanford Business School in 1990, he worked with Bain &amp; Co. and Mercer as a consultant, and he\u00a0served as the Leadership Development Manager at Citibank N.A., and the General Manager of HR Department and Defined Contribution Pension Business at Schroders. He has taught HRM and OB from perspectives of general management at Waseda since 2004. His current position has begun since 2008, and he served as the Director of Waseda-Nanyang Double MBA Program from 2007 to 2011, Assistant Dean of Graduate School of Commerce from 2010 to 2012, and Associate Dean of Graduate School of Business and Finance from 2016 to 2018.
