He spent nearly 20 years as a management consultant at BCG and Accenture, and served as head of Accenture\u2019s Strategy Group in Japan from 2003 to 2006.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2006, he has focused on educational initiatives for children, parents, and teachers, developing programs that cultivate strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. He is currently Professor and MBA Program Director at the Graduate School of Innovation Management, KIT.<\/p>\n<p>He is the author of over 40 books on business, strategy, and education, including <em>The 50 Giants of Strategy<\/em> (2013), which won two major Japanese business book awards.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><a href=\"\/fcom\/wbs\/en\/faculty\">Back<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Profile Koji Mitani graduated from the University of Tokyo (Physics) and received an MBA from INSEAD in 1992.
