Enrolling in Waseda\u2019s IMBA program has been transformative. The international diversity, practical coursework, and faculty mentorship pushed me to think critically and lead across cultures. The \u201cZemi\u201d seminars deepened my learning through real business challenges.
\nInspired by this, I expanded Zafarm Foods in Malawi and co-founded Kantan Solutions in Japan. Exposure to Japan\u2019s culture reshaped my leadership, teaching humility, persistence, and strategic thinking.
