Profile

Prof. Ohtaki joined the faculty of WASEDA Business School in 2009. He was the chairman of Aon Hewitt Japan. Prior to Aon Hewitt, he worked for Hay Consulting where he led its Asia Pacific business. Prior to Hay, he held various senior management positions with Mercer, including head of Mercer Japan for many years and head of Mercer’s business in Asia.

Prof. Ohtaki’s diversified consulting expertise includes organizational development, organization effectiveness, executive assessment, coaching, leadership development and human capital management programs. His clients are mainly large global companies in Asia in a variety of industries.
