Interim Advisory Center (Rinji Jimusho) for Waseda Campus during the Entrance Examination Period<\/p>\n
Access to the Waseda Campus will become restricted during the entrance examination period
\nfrom Friday, February 5, 2016 to Tuesday, February 23, 2016.
\nAs a service to students, faculty, and visitors during this period,
\nthe University will open the Interim Advisory Center (Rinji Jimusho),
\nwhich will provide limited academic advising services at the Okuma Garden Hall (1st Floor of Okuma Garden House).<\/p>\n

Operating period and hours:\t\tMonday to Saturday, 9:30 to 16:30
\n From Friday, February 5, 2016 to Tuesday, February 23, 2016
\nLocation:\t\t\t\tOkuma Garden Hall (1st Floor of Okuma Garden House)<\/p>\n
-The Interim Advisory Center will be closed on Sundays and national holidays.
\n-During this period, SoC office, the Students’ Reading Room and other relevant offices
\n will NOT be providing the regular administrative services.
\n-The Academic Advising Office (\u201cWaseda Portal Office\u201d) will operate the Interim Advisory Center.
\n Services provided by the Interim Advisory Center will be limited.
\n If at all possible, it is encouraged that you have all necessary procedures completed
\n at the office of your affiliation prior to the restricted campus access period.
\n-Issuance of certificates may require some time processing. <\/p>\n
