On March 25, 2026, the completion ceremony for the third cohort of the Global Management Program (GMP) was held in Room 505, Building 11. In addition to members of the third cohort, students from the fourth cohort, GMP faculty and staff, and family members attended the ceremony.<\/p>\n

The ceremony featured congratulatory remarks by the GMP Director, Professor Nakaide, followed by speeches delivered in both Japanese and English by Mizuki Ueda, Chair of the GMP Student Committee (SC), and Haruka Sasaki, Vice Chair, as well as the presentation of GMP completion certificates by Zemi group and a commemorative photo session.<\/p>\n

In the congratulatory address, Professor Nakaide praised the significant growth demonstrated by the third cohort over the past two years and expressed high expectations for their future endeavors.<\/p>\n

In their speeches, the SC Chair and Vice Chair, who led the GMP student body during the 2025 academic year, reaffirmed their commitment to becoming leaders who contribute to the global community, in line with the program\u2019s mission. The Chair also proposed the establishment of an alumni organization to ensure that GMP members remain connected after graduation and continue to learn from and inspire one another through an active network.<\/p>\n

Following the ceremony, a GMP graduation party was held at a separate venue. The event was attended by members of the third cohort as well as faculty who had supported them throughout the program. During the gathering, faculty offered warm congratulatory messages, creating a memorable occasion for the graduates. The atmosphere was lively and filled with laughter, as participants shared memories with peers and faculty.<\/p>\n

Reflecting on their experience, Sakuya Ueda and Hiroto Funada, who are members of the third cohort and the SC members responsible for public relations, shared the following message:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe two years we spent as members of the third cohort of the GMP, along with our experience documenting the program\u2019s journey as part of the SC public relations team, have become invaluable to us. Through these experiences, we had the opportunity to closely witness the challenges taken on by our peers and the dedication of the faculty, which greatly broadened our perspectives. We sincerely hope that the GMP community will continue to grow stronger and remain a place that fosters new global leaders in the years to come.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
