March\u202f10,\u202f2026, the Waseda University History Museum added fine\u2011grained records for its \u201cHonbu Documents Addendum\u201d<\/a> collection (\u65e9\u7a32\u7530\u5927\u5b66\u672c\u90e8\u66f8\u985e\uff08\u7d9a\uff09) within the Waseda University Cultural Resource Database.<\/p>\n

Formerly the web catalogue displayed 140 entries at the level of a single document (one record per item). By incorporating multiple sub\u2011entries for each document, the total now stands at 22,172 records; the quantity and numbering of the underlying physical items remain unchanged.<\/p>\n

When requesting use of the \u201cHonbu Documents” or \u201cHonbu Documents Addendum\u201d collection, please specify the desired material at the record level rather than by document unit. The identifier \u201c6\u2011XXX\u201d denotes an individual document; \u201c6\u2011XXX\u2011YYY\u201d indicates a sub\u2011entry (one record) contained within that document. In most cases, \u201c5\u2011XXX\u2011000\u201d or \u201c6\u2011XXX\u2011000\u201d refers to the record for the front cover and table of contents of a bound volume.<\/p>\n
