Program Overview

CAMPUS Asia is a program begun under the auspices of the MEXT “Inter-University Exchange Project”.  The program name itself is an acronym that stands for “Collective Action for Mobility Program of University Students in Asia”. In 2016, Waseda University, Korea University and Peking University were selected by the CAMPUS Asia program to launch a leadership development program to foster multi-layered approaches to conflict resolution and social innovation among students.

There are three different tracks that students can take in the CAMPUS Asia program. Please see which of these programs would be right for your interests and needs.

  • 01. Double Degree Program

Students study abroad at either Peking University or Korea University for a period of 1 or 1.5 years respectively, follow a curriculum (including classes specifically designed for CAMPUS Asia) designated in cooperation with Peking University and Korea University, and participate in a special summer or spring program.

  • 02. Minor Program

Students spend at least one semester abroad at both Peking University and Korea University, take designated classes and participate in a special summer or spring program.

  • 03. Intensive Program

Students spend at least one semester abroad at either Peking University or Korea University, take designated classes and participate in a special summer or spring program.
