Within the WBS Program, there will be opportunities to specialize in areas such as strategic management, entrepreneurship, and technology management. In particular, by offering a unique technology-centered track (MOT Program) in addition to the traditional MBA coursework, WBS brings a special focus to the training of management professionals who will be adept at integrating the latest technologies into an overall management strategy in order to respond to the rapidly changing needs of society.

Waseda Business School offers two degree programs: MBA and MOT. The MBA program includes the following areas of study: Financial Management and Economics, Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management, Strategic Management and Business Policy (Specialized field: Strategic Management), Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Accounting and Corporate Finance (Specialized field: Entrepreneurship). The MOT program provides three categories of studies: Technology Management, Process and Operations Management, and Information Technology. In addition, students can select classes from the MA Program in International Relations curriculum (Graduate School of Asia-Pacific Studies) to expand their knowledge.

In addition, MOT Program classes (except for some intensive lectures)will be held mainly on Fridays and Saturdays to allow maximum flexibility for students who are continuing their careers while pursuing their MBA.
