Request to bring the main participant's academic regalia
For the main participant of your university, we would like to request him/her to bring his/her academic regalia to wear at the Ceremony for the 125th Anniversary of Waseda University on October 21st.
If for any reason that is not possible, please let us know.
Request to send main participants' congratulatory wishes
We would like to compile a short booklet of congratulatory messages from all university invited to attend our 125th Anniversary. We plan to distribute this at the ceremony. Could you prepare a short congratulatory message and send it to us by Friday, October 12th. If possible, please send it in your native language with an English translation. We would prefer to receive these notes on your university letterhead by postal mail or by e-mail in pdf-format.
Transportation from/to the airport
When you arrive at Narita airport or Haneda Airport, transportation will be provided to the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Chinzan-so according to your arrival time.
A Secretariat staff with a sign board saying Waseda University will meet you in the arrival lobby and take you to the bus/car arranged for you.
When you depart from Four Seasons Hotel, a Four Seasons' Shuttle bus departing from the entrance to Narita Airport or Haneda Airport will be provided every 60 minutes from the morning to the evening on October 21st and 22nd.
On other days, the Airport shuttle bus from the entrance is available. (3,000 yen per person)

Student Ambassadors for your university
As Student Ambassadors, our students who have studied abroad will do their best to make your stay at Waseda a pleasant one.
Each university will be escorted by one Student Ambassador during the conference and ceremony, and they will assist you on transportation and answer general questions you may have.
