Required documents (A and B) for the incoming exchange program students for the Fall semester 2012.
A. Documents for application procedure

Application Form
Students for School of Commerce need to fill in with pen and submit only these forms as below.
-Form1: Exchange Program Application Documents (Page2)
-Form3: Questionnaire on Scholarship Application (Page4)
-Exchange Program Application for Admission to Waseda University (Page5 to 8)
-Important Notice regarding the Selection of Exchange Student (pafe 10)
2 Certificate of Enrollment issued by the home institution
3 Official Transcripts including grading system notes
4 5 (five) same passport-size color photographs (Write your full-name on the back of the photos.)
5 TOEIC or TOEFL Score Report
6 Score Report of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test or equivalents
B. Documents for visa application
Please read "Important Points Regarding the Application for Eligibility." before you fill in the form.
1 Application for Certificate of Eligibility
-For applicant part1 to part3
-For organization part1 and part2
-Personal History (Page1 of 3)
-Statement of Financial Resources (Page2 of 3)
-Agreement for Defraying Expences（Page3 of 3)
2 Copy of Passport (Page of photograph)
3 Bank Balance Certificate (You need to show you have more than 1,000,000 yen for one-year stay.)
All documents (A and B) need to be sent by the 30th April, 2012 to the address below.
