Preparing for the JLPT
On July 5, I finally took the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT). The test I had numerous nightmares about is finally over. I do not know if I passed, but I would like to say “thank you” to myself who tirelessly prepared for two months.
I get anxious very easily and quickly become flustered when something important comes my way. One day I consulted my doctor who told me “Be sure to thank your restless self from the past and give regards to your future self.”
For two months I would wake up at 6:30am, study at Waseda until 10pm, ride the train for one and a half hours, and arrive at my home at around 11:30pm. Regardless of the results, I did my best and have no regrets. I would like to say “thank you” to myself who persevered.
