Onward to Another Championship!

The Spring Season of the Tokyo University Baseball League started with the game between the University of Tokyo and Keio University on April 7th. Although the traditional Waseda-Keio games are the big draw, many equally exciting games are played between Waseda and other universities. Last year, the Waseda baseball team enjoyed spectacular success: it won the Spring league championship and finished second in the autumn league. Why don't you come to Jingu Stadium and cheer our team? Experience the excitement of a live game!

After watching games at Jingu, use your ticket stubs to get exciting discounts!

The Cheering Team has tie-ups with many shops around Waseda. These tie-ups are a way for the Team to say ‘thank-you’ to the students who come to games at Jingu, as well as a way of supporting local shops around Waseda. Just bring along the stub of your league game ticket, and the shops will offer you various discounts. Watch games and shop at Waseda more!

※See the Cheering Team website for information about shops offering discounts and for details of specific services.

Get priority tickets for Sokei games!

By going to Jingu Stadium and watching league games, you'll have priority in buying tickets for Sokei games, which are very difficult to obtain. At the entrance to the student seats, you can pick up a special card. Each time you come to the stadium, one stamp is added to your card. When you collect 3 stamps, you are given priority in purchasing tickets for Sokei games. In addition, you can get stadium entrance priority at Sokei games — no need to draw lots to enter the stadium. This year, a new group-stamp system has been introduced and it's now even easier to get tickets for Sokei games. Let's go to Jingu Stadium and cheer our players!
* Accumulating stamps is not allowed this year.
