Note: Please check the information provided by the university (e.g. notices) thoroughly before contacting us. Since all operations are not available on Saturday, please use the office on weekdays whenever possible. When you cannot visit us and your questions are simple enough to answer by e-mail, send us an e-mail and we will send you a reply. Telephone enquiries are only acceptable in an emergency. ↔In principle, we send you a reply mail only in the opening hours. On Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and during summer or winter vacation, our reply may be delayed.
