Co-exhibition: Cutting-edge Research at Waseda University ( Panel exhibition)

On October 23, 2007, The symposiumu 'Semiconductor and Nanoelectronics' was held at the international
Conference Center, Waseda University . Speakers ; Dr. Klaus von Klitzing as Nove Laureate in Physics, Dr. Shuji Nakamura, University of California, Santa Barbara known as the inventor of Blue LED, Dr. Fujio Masuoka, Professor Emeriturs of Tohoku University known as the inventor of flush memory device and other 6 researchers were invited. They lectured about their own invention process and, history and outline of Nanoelectronics. More than 500 audience attended to get hands-on -lecture from 6 researchers who have been very much active at the research frontline.
On the same day, pamel exhibition ' Cutting-edge Research at Waseda University' was held at the conference site. Waseda's advanced research center such as Super COE, Global COE, 21st century COE made panel presentations on their research activities and outcome.
