I took a variety of classes with a focus in the fields of law and politics and found all of them extremely stimulating. My friends and I usually attended class after discussing among ourselves the day's topic, and this always deepened the subsequent debate. The views and opinions of my classmates, with their different nationalities, cultures and values, were truly diverse. Just being able to study in such an environment was perhaps the greatest stimulus for me to learn. Starting this fall, I will begin graduate study in the Harvard Regional Studies -- East Asia program on a full scholarship. I think I was able to take advantage of SILS's curriculum, which has no boundaries or rigidities, because I was able to face squarely the question of who I am and what I should be doing.Interview14
