There are so many international students that I do not feel different or uncomfortable as an international student. As a matter of fact, I feel it is a great honour to study at Waseda and represent my country here. Studying at GSICCS is also a good place to make friends with other international students. It is not easy to get accepted to Waseda, so you can be sure that all your fellow students are really exceptional and intelligent people. I really appreciate classes where we have group discussions and every person in the classroom is from a different country. I have never had such an experience before I came to GSICCS. Getting to know people from different nations and their point of view is truly mind-broadening and is very important in shaping you as a person and as an international scholar.
