During my internship, I was assigned to work for the Business and Development Section of the Trade, Investment and Innovation Division. I engaged in organizing international conferences, drafting an annual report for my department and a regional trade treaty for ASEAN countries as well as updating and analyzing the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) data from various databases. This internship was a great opportunity for me to exercise the theoretical knowledge I have learned at GSAPS and experience how an international organization works in promoting regional cooperation and development.
