STUDY ABROADEAUI Program11Study AbroadOn consideration, I have chosen the Department of International Relations (IR) of London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) as destination of the study. Not only because of the first-class faculty group specialized in political science and information technology, the comprehensive training coursed for PhD students; but also for its well-known open and multicultural environment for researchers. The study in IR of LSE has helped me gain a better and clear understanding of processing the PhD research thanks to various faculties and colleagues for giving me lots of valuable suggestions on the thesis; they also helped expanding my vision of academic thoughts, providing the space for fruitful discussion and debate in conference, seminar, and so on. Abundant alumni activities and LSE Careers (an organization for helping students in career building) have helped me with my future plan in choosing jobs after the graduation.East Asian University Institute (EAUI)for Asian Regional IntegrationWaseda University EAUI Programhttp://www.waseda.jp/gsaps/en/academics/eaui/For more detailsInitially started in 2011 as a project subsidized by the “Re-Inventing Japan Project” of the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) (the subsidized period: 2011 -2015), the EAUI (East Asian University Institute) Program is a joint education program developed and managed by the College of Political Science and Economics, Korea University (Korea), the School of Humanities and Social Science, Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), the School of International Studies, Peking University (PRC), the Faculty of Political Science, Thammasat University (Thailand) and the Graduate School of Asia-Pacific Studies, Waseda University (Japan) with an aim of fostering young scholars who can contribute to regional integration and cooperation in the East Asian region.
