早稲田大学大学院 経済学研究科14(1)ミクロ経済学受講者の入学前の履修状況に応じて、2段階の科目を用意しています。博士後期課程への内部進学を考えている学生については、上級科目の受講が必須です。(2)マクロ経済学受講者の入学前の履修状況に応じて、2段階の科目を用意しています。博士後期課程への内部進学を考えている学生については、上級科目の受講が必須です。(3)経済データ分析関連科目入学前の学習状況に応じた4種類の科目を用意しています。最も不可欠な知識として新設した「経済データ分析」は、統計・計量経済学のソフトウェアを利用したPC実習に重点を置き、実習を通じて経済データ分析の基礎を学びます。それと同等程度の科目として「統計学」、さらに上級科目として「多変量解析」「計量経済学」を設けており、どれを選んでも選択必修科目として認めることで、多様な学生のニーズに対応したカリキュラムを実現しています。ただし、博士後期課程への内部進学を考えている学生は、計量経済学の受講が必須と位置づけています。(4)経済史方法論※経済史領域学生対象経済史領域の学生向けの必修科目です。経済史分野での修士論文執筆に向け、経済史研究の多様なアプローチを理解することで研究課題の設定にあたり視野を広くすることを目指しています(上述の通り、経済史領域の学生は、この科目を履修するか、これに代わってミクロ経済学やマクロ経済学、または経済データ分析関連科目のいずれかひとつを選んで履修することも可能です)。(5)政治学研究方法論(経験・規範)2科目※国際政治経済学コース対象国際政治経済学コース特有の政治学関連の必修科目です。これらの授業では、実証的政治分析を行う上での方法論修得、現代政治学の基本的な概念とその構想について熟知する、または現代の規範的政治理論について一般的な理解を得ることを目指しています。これらにより、政治学における研究手法の基礎を習得していくことで、経済学と政治学の両方の基礎理論に通じることで、国際的に活躍出来る人材を育成することを目指します。������������������Microeconomics is taught at two different levels. The level the student enrolls in depends on the number of microeconomic courses they completed before entering the program. Students who intend to advance to the doctoral program through direct application must take Advanced Microeconomics.������������������Macroeconomics is taught at two different levels. The level the student enrolls in depends on the number of macroeconomic courses they completed before entering the program. Students who intend to advance to the doctoral program through direct application must take Advanced Macroeconomics.�������������������������������������The program includes four courses on economic data analysis. The course the student enrolls in depends on their economic analysis skills at the time of enrollment. Economic Data Analysis is a new course which teaches students the basics of economic data analysis by focusing on PC exercises using statistic and econometric ��������������������������������������������������������������������Data Analysis, while Multivariate Analysis and Econometrics are �������������������������������������������������������������������the compulsory course requirement, thus providing a curriculum that can meet the needs of a diverse student body. Those students who intend to advance to the doctoral program through a direct application, however, must take Econometrics.�������������������������������������������������������������������������������������This is a compulsory course for students pursuing their master’s in Economic History. The course is designed to broaden the student’s perspective as they go about selecting a research topic by deepening their understanding of the various approaches to the study of economic history. (As noted above, students enrolled in the Economic History curriculum can either take Approaches to Economic History or any one of the compulsory courses on Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Economic Data Analysis.)�������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������*For the Global Political Economy Course’ StudentsThe Global Political Economy Course includes two compulsory courses in political science. These courses are designed to teach students the various methodologies of empirical political analysis, the basic concept and framework of contemporary political science, and a general understanding of modern normative political theories. In these courses, students learn the basic research methodologies of political science and the basic theory of both economics and political science, essential knowledge for developing professionals capable of making a global contribution.●����������������������������������A. 各コースの必修科目4.修士課程における科目分野Subject Areas of the Master’s Program 次のような科目群の中に多様な科目を配置しており、全科目の7割程度が日本語と英語で毎年交互に提供されます。また、必修科目や準必修科目については、毎年日本語と英語の両方で開講しています。The program’s various courses are organized as follows.
