PC Room Schedule and Availability

Some PC rooms (Bldg. 63, 3rd floor) have opened on June 22, 2020 (Monday), after taking measures to prevent the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), such as limiting the number of users and room opening hours.

2.Opening Hours

Weekdays (Monday-Friday) 10:00-16:00

3.Available PC rooms

①Rooms A, B, and C (Windows)
・Limit the number of available seats to about a quarter of the total number of seats, and maintain a distance of at least 2 meters whenever possible.
②Rooms D and E (Mac)
・The above measures will be followed.
③Rooms F and G will be closed for the time being.
④On-demand printers, scanners, and IC chargers are prohibited for the time being.

4.Notes on the use of PC rooms

As the PC room is used by an unspecified number of people, please keep the following points in mind when using it.
We appreciate your cooperation in preventing the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).

This system is not designed with the resources (CPU/memory) to be used for online lectures in the spring semester 2020. Therefore, if there are teachers who are planning to use this system as a main axis for your lectures, please consider a different method.

Manual for creating content for on-demand classes

We provide a system called CCS(Contents Creation Studio), which allows you to create content for on-demand classes.
A manual describing the steps from preparation to release of class content is available.

The following sites provide information on how to conduct online classes at Waseda University, including the archived videos of seminars about online classes.
