Ono Azusa Hall (Building No.27,) was built in March of 2005 to serve as the core of Waseda Law School. This building, built exclusively for WLS, neighbors with Takada Memorial Library, moot courts and faculty offices (Building No.8,) and creates the best environment for concentrated legal studies. This building also contains study rooms that are available 24 hours a day, locker rooms and class rooms especially designed for practicing the Socratic method, role plays, and case methods. The Ono Azusa Auditorium is on the basement floor where symposiums and lectures are held from time to time. This auditorium serves as a venue for moot courts. In addition, there is also a classroom with permanent court fixtures to be used for moot courts in Building No. 8.

Waseda has also developed a system well suited to the new era of technology. Students will have access to a vast amount of legal and course materials as well as other resources in our electronic library regardless of time and location. We believe that these technological resources complete the creation of a superior study environment, one that is highly necessary for presentday law students.

Young yet experienced lawyers acting as Academic advisors usually offer tutorials for students in 1L courses, which all first year students are required to take. We have an Academic advisor for each course, and students can obtain help during designated hours.

Poppins Nursery WASEDA (Japanese only).is a government authorized day-care center for students with small children. We hope to provide a comfortable learning environment for students from various backgrounds.
