・Health Promotion Mutual Aid Association

The Waseda Univeristy Student Health Promotion Mutual Aid Association is Waseda University’s mutual-aid association for students and provides aid for medical expenses and health examinations. The association reimburses a part of the out-of-pocket medical expenses (30% of total expenses covered by healthcare insurance) paid by the members at hospitals in Japan. Members will be required to pay a fixed fee of 1,000 yen per hospital each month which will be deducted from benefits received.Please attach a receipt to the application form and submit it to the office. The application form is available at the counter.

・Interlibrary Loans (ILL Request)

The service of receiving/returning books from Waseda University libraries (Central library, S. Takata Memorial Research Library, Toyama Library, Science & Engineering Library, Tokorozawa Library) is available at TWIns office counter.

・Student commuter pass

If you are a student and need to commute to TWIns, you can get modified commuting route and official stamp on the back of student ID at the counter.

・Lost items in TWIns

Regarding the lost items at TWIns, please ask the office on the 3rd floor or the guard room on the 1st floor.
Lost items are stored for maximum of six months, and those that have passed the storage period are disposed.

If you give up your rights when pick up cash or wallet, please bring it to the TWIns office. If you don’t abandon your rights, please bring it to the nearest police box or police station by your self.
