Morinaga Milk Company was founded in 1917, since then it has grown to become the second biggest maker of dairy products in Japan.
In both supermarkets and convenience stores there are lines of products from Morinaga that we all buy every day, from familiar commodities like milk, yoghurt and cheese, to baby formula and other childcare products, Morinaga has created a wide range of products that are loved across generations of people in Japan and have become long term hits.
Now, the ICC has arranged a visit to the factory of Morinaga Milk Company.
We can now have the chance to see how the products we use every day in our lives are actually made.
And it’s not just a lecture or explanation, on the day you will have the chance to try making real cheese, and even to try some milk tasting!

(You can make it just on time by taking the 12:05 train from Takadanobaba station. The train arrives at Tamagawa-Jousui at 12:39)

1. An explanation about the factory and making process (Video with English subtitles).
2. A factory tour.
3. Cheese making / Milk tasting experience.
