Waseda International Learning Lounge (WILL) on the 3rd floor of Building 22, is open for all Waseda students, faculty, and staff from different nationalities, languages, affiliations or social statuses to deepen mutual understanding. WILL features whiteboards, discussion spaces, personal workspaces and free Wi-Fi to promotes group study, autonomous learning and research exchange.

Located on the third floor of Building No. 22, the Japanese Language Students’ Reading Room is a library that houses a wide range of books on Japanese language education.
The Japanese Language Students’ Reading Room has a full array of Japanese language teaching materials for students studying Japanese so that they can study in accordance with their level of proficiency and the reasons why they are studying. The Japanese Language Students’ Reading Room also lends dictionaries, as well as cassette tapes, compact disks, and other audio study aids, to assist international students in studying Japanese. Furthermore, the library collects books that explain Japan’s history and culture and the lives of the Japanese people.
In principle, the Japanese Language Students’ Reading Room is open during times when classes are held at the Center for Japanese Language.
