There had been a malfunction in information searching system of the program list, but it has been amended and now all the functions have become available.

*Firefox browser is recommended when you access to the program list. You can search, for example, name of institution by a search function “ctrl + F ”.
*All the overseas partner institutions are listed in smart phone search and the search on map in PC regardless whether they offer study abroad programs in the recent recruitment or not. On the other hand, please make sure to check the updated information on study abroad programs in the search by preferences in PC. Since the information on the program list is updated every year, please confirm the most recent up-to-date program codes and other recent information in it.
*When a program shows two or more language requirements in the same language program, for example TOEFL and IELTS in English program, you only need to submit one score card among them.
*Information on the program list was finalized on 19th October. However, there have been some updates from that point as follows:

1. Divided program code
There are some programs which are divided into 2 program codes mainly by instruction language.
<Example>
18_1, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, EX-R ←Chinese EX-R, Screened by Chinese language
18_2, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, EX-R ←English EX-R, Screened by English language
Number ① or ② in the program list corresponds to “_1” or “_2” in the list on Waseda-net Portal application system. Information which has no number is common in a program. Please make sure to carefully select the program code, watching divided code when you apply for such programs.
2. Current State
Information on the program list was finalized on 19th October. However, only some programs remain the state of 「最新情報収集中」 which means tentative. You can apply for such programs, but please be aware that if there is a change in the requirements after you apply, you might become no qualified for the selected program. If you accept the condition, you are able to apply for such programs.
3. Student level on departure – U/G
U or G in the program list indicates student level such as Undergraduates or Graduates. Please be aware that many programs require additional conditions on enrollment requirement. For example, when you see “Undergraduate Student with at least 2 semesters completed”, you have to spend 2 semesters at Waseda when you departs.
4. Payment information
Before you apply, please make sure to check information about payment. You can check it on the following items:
– Estimated tuition
– The cost of insurance plans required for Waseda students to purchase (if any)
– Note from CIE office
Please note that there are only a few exchange programs which require to pay tuition fee to the host institution, and there are some programs which require to pay insurance fee which is designated by the host institution.
