ICC MUSICAL PROJECT
Are you wondering about how to communicate with the local students
not only through ICC's single-shot events but to remain in contact
for a long period of time?
If so, you can make it true at ICC!
With the start of a new school year, a long-term project will be
launched for the first time at ICC. This project aims to make
lasting cross-cultural exchange possible between international
students (IS) & local students (LS) through combining their efforts
in creating an event. And as the first one, we will try a musical.
The performance is going to be held on 17th & 18th December.
Sound interesting? Waste no more time hesitating because you will
not regret contributing yourself into this event.
The main roles of support crew are following:
1. Decide which musical is best for this project.
2. Work out an agreement with the copyright holder of the musical.
3. Plan the schedule of practice and performance.
4. Recruit casts & staffs.
5. Lead the necessary preparation to begin practising.
6. Find the place for regular practice.
7. Look for sponsors and conduct negotiation with them.
8. Advertize for our musical.
9. See to that props, properties, audios and illuminations are prepared.
10. Manage the cast & staff crew.
etc...
ICC staffs will supervise and collaborate with supporters achieving
these tasks. An orientation about Musial Project support crew will be
held twice during the last week of April. Attending this orientation
will not commit you to anything, so please drop in and get a taste of
how the musical will be run.

Registration for support crew will begin after the orientations.
