Italian Festa Supporters Wanted
●ICC Italian Festa
Festa Period: May 21 - June 1, 2007
Place: ICC (1st floor, Okuma Garden House), and other places (tbc)
Purpose: To help students discover more about Italy through events
that enables live experience.

Recruitment Period: April 16 - 25
Activity Period: April 26 - June 1
Eligibility: Waseda students, faculty and staff members
Expected Tasks:
(1) Planning and drafting projects
(2) Organizing events, including finding sponsors, devicing detailed
plans for the actual running, preparing necessary equipments
(3) Producing and distributing advertisements for these events
(4) Managing the actual running of events, including setting up,
hosting and cleaning up after each event
(5) Writing up some event reports
Prerequisites:
(1) Sense of responsibility
(2) Motivation
* Some knowledge of Italian or other foreign languages, and computer
skills, especially in using Power Point welcome.
*There are two types of supporter, determined by the amount of time
and effort a supporter is able to commit into this activity. "Core
supporters" are those who can spend a lot of time preparing detailed
plans and hosting the activities while other supporters are those who
help a part of preparation and/or come in on the day of each event to
help out the actual running.

The 1st Supporters Meeting will be held 6:00 - 7:00 pm, Thursday,
April 26 at ICC.
