Student Clubs Performances and Open Cafe

This semester, we have started a new event series: Friday Nite. The Friday Nite event is a combination of performances and an open cafe, where international and Japanese students can meet in a casual atmosphere.
Every Friday from 5 pm to 7 pm you can enjoy the performances of some Waseda circles or some gifted Waseda students and meet other Japanese and International students at the lounge of the ICC.

On October 6th, we hosted the first Friday Nite.
Music play by "the Japanese Classic Music TSUDUMI circle" and "the Japanese harp club" delighted us with some tones on the Japanese traditional instruments.

Some event circles, "the Joy of Agriculture circle", "the Wasedasai 2006 management team" and "the manegement team of Waseda International Festival (WIF)" introduced their activities, showing us many pictures and videos from their previous activities and events. After all these presentations and performances, there was only half an hour left for the open cafe. As always, the ICC provided drinks (tea and coffee) and GINZA Cozy Corner sponsored fresh sweets for all participants and spectators.

Let's enjoy next Friday Nite together! No need for registration, just drop by anytime between 5 and 7pm and enjoy the performances and conversations with other Japanese and international students.
