Venue: Indoor gym at the Shinjuku Cosmic Sports Center

Eligibility: Waseda students, faculty & staff members
Fees: 300 yen (gym rental fee)
Capacity: Around 60 participants
* Accepted on a first come first served basis
Registration: Send an email to <icc-sports@list.waseda.jp>
with "ICC Sports" in the title, and in the text
body please provide the following information:
1. Student ID
2. Name
3. Affiliated school (at Waseda) and current school year
4. Sex
5. Telephone number (cell phone preferred)
6. Your experience in Volleyball (Beg./Int./Adv.)
7. Can you referee? (yes/no)
*Please help out with refereeing if possible!
Deadline: Dec. 1st, 2008 (Mon) 9:00 am.
* Registrations will close after capacity is filled (around 60
participants). Please check to see if places are still available
at the ICC website before registring A confirmation e-mail with
further details will be sent to all registrants before the deadline.
* Please note that participants are unable to select their own teams.
