*1 This is the required format for submitting the Doctoral Thesis.necessary for submitting Doctoral Thesis. "The letter of approval to disclose the thesis electronically" is necessary only if you would like to disclose it electronically.
*2 If the deputy advisor is selected from outside the Graduate School of Asia-Pacific Studies (GSAPS) project research faculty, his/her CV should be submitted. (The format is similar when the PhD candidate submits his/her doctoral thesis.)
